An interview with the parents and applicant(s) will be conducted to review academic progress and classroom behavior. To determine your child's grade level readiness, we may also require an additional evaluation.
Acceptance and Final Registration
When an admissions decision is issued, parents must sign the Tuition Contract specifying payment plan and submit the registration fee to guarantee class space.
Immunization and Physical Forms
No shots, no school, no kidding! Parents must submit the appropriate Health Department forms as specified by Florida law. This includes the original Immunization form (blue form) and Physical (yellow form) obtained at the physician's office. Students entering Pre-K-3, Pre-K-4, and Kindergarten should have all required immunizations, and students entering 7th grade must have all required booster immunizations. Please note physicals must be current (less than one year old) at the time of admission.
