¹Eligibility
for Parishioner Rate: |
St. Ann Parish-Regular attendance at Mass,
active in the Parish Community and a minimum of
$20 weekly contribution in the offertory collection. |

Other Parishes-Subject to written verification
by the Pastor of the Church at which the family
is registered. Must be received at registration or the rate will
remain the Non-Parishioner Rate until
an approval form is received. |
